Pc 148(A)(1)-M- Obstruct/Resist/Etc Public/Peace Officer/Emer

4/17/2017  · S- 1 (Sacramento resident) and V- 1 were involved in a verbal argument that escalated into a physical altercation. S- 1 grabbed V- 1 by their throat and tried to cover V- 1 ’s mouth with the other hand. S- 1 also told V- 1 that he was going to cause harm to them prior to leaving the location. S- 1 had fled the scene prior to the arrival of officers.
